Shalom! Please set aside this date, April 7, 2012, Easter Saturday evening, to
celebrate our 13th annual Christ in the Passover Seder. Together we will
commemorate the ancient tradition of the Passover as did Jesus and those
closest to Him at His Last Supper.
The program includes dinner and runs from 6:00-9:30 P.M. at the Hyatt Regency North
Dallas Hotel.
We will meet new friends, laugh together and encourage one
another as we share in the unleavened bread and cup of redemption, join our
voices in worship to traditional Hebrew melodies, and share the vision of
Sojourner Ministries.
Afterwards, our guests will have an opportunity to stand
with us via donation or pledge to strengthen and further the work of Sojourner
Ministries as well as defray the cost of the evening.
This year we are asking past attendees to seek out and invite guests to our
Passover Seder. We hope many of you will serve as table sponsors by hosting
tables of ten. Prayerfully consider whom you might invite: family, friends, neighbors,
coworkers, your Sunday school.
Our Seders usually fill to capacity before the date for close of reservations.
Please make your reservation early. (Due to the nature of the evening, please
no babies/toddlers.)
As usual, this dinner and program is hosted on a love-offering basis. However,
in an effort to protect the ministry, we ask that each reservation be secured
with either a credit card or a personal check to cover unused meals (so, please
ensure the accuracy of the number in your party).
Please call or email by April 2 at the latest to request a
reservation for your party. Once we receive your reservation, we will send
written confirmation.
We welcome this occasion to become better acquainted with our ministry friends
and to share the gospel with seekers. We take the greatest joy in reintroducing
you, in a fresh fashion, to Jesus our Messiah, the true Passover Lamb, the
ultimate Jewish heart of Christianity.
